Graphology is a scientific system of identification and assessment of character and personality of someone through detailed examination of, and study of, his or her handwriting sample.

If you want to, you can improve yourself, confidentially and privately, without having to reveal yourself to anyone…without anyone knowing, but you. What more could you want? It’s private. Fast when compared to other self-help methods. All you need is discipline to do some daily handwriting exercises. All you have to do is write to work toward becoming your Personal Best. It’s best to do this professionally, of course, All that requires is having a Grapho-Therapist review and analyze your handwriting (and, thus, analyze you), and make suggestions and recommendations on what strokes to change to change yourself for the better. Think of it as a prescription for self-improvement: RxYourself. The Grapho-Therapist will suggest daily handwriting exercises and evaluate them on a weekly basis. This can be done by mail; you need never meet and it will be treated in strict confidence.

Grapho-Therapy Defined:
Graphotherapy is a means of making conscious changes in your handwriting in order to bring about positive subconscious changes within yourself. Every stroke in your writing correlates to a personality trait within you. I help you recognize and identify negative strokes and get rid of them; thus, getting rid of negative traits within you. I also suggest including positive strokes which will result in development of positive personality traits. This is a reversal of the normal writing process where the brain sends messages to the hand. Instead, I have your hand send messages to your brain. Ever notice that if you change your handwriting changes? Well, why not reverse the process? Change yourself by chaning your handwriting on purpose.

Step One is for me to analyze your handwriting. Step 2 is me recommending specific strokes for you to change in your handwriting. Step 3 is you doing the suggested writing exercises on a daily basis and snail mailing me a current sample once per week for review. You can also make positive suggestions and statements to yourself as you do the exercises; i.e. “I CAN do this; I WILL do this.” I’ll suggest some. We will follow this procedure until you feel you have achieved your desired changes.

Why Grapho-Therapy works:
Handwriting should be called”brainwriting.” It all starts in the brain. Your handwriting is an x-ray of your brain, to the trained Grapho-Therapist. Why not use your brain and hand to bring about positive changes in yourself? When you change, your writing changes, right? So reverse the process and change your writing on purpose to change your brain? It works.
