Music legend Whitney Houston has passed away prematurely.

Despite fame and fortune she battled for decades against the demon of addiction.

Her handwriting had a particular quality that is also seen in other “larger than life” icons that couldn’t escape the grip of addiction including: Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Janis Joplin, Judy Garland, and Chris Farley.
